Water First for Thirst!

Calories that come from drinks can add up quickly. Many people do not realize the amount of calories they get from drinks, even though they are listed on the label. Replace one 20-ounce sugar sweetened soda with water to save you about 240 calories. Before you pick up a sugar sweetened beverage, re think your drink and pick water first for thirst!
