K.E.Y. Current Projects

Silver Sneakers: Silver Sneakers is the nation’s leading exercise program for active, older adults at LaGrange United Emthodist Church. Classes are multiple times per week. Contact the church or the French Creek YMCA (440-934-9622) for more information.

Indoor Walking: In the winter months,  Keystone Elementary School is open for community members to walk one night per week.

Storybook Stroll: Storybook Stroll provides the opportunity to share a story with your loved ones while walking the trails at LaGrange Community Park and Penfield Recreation Park

Blood Pressure Management: Blood pressure monitors are available for check-out from the Keystone branch of Elyria Public Library System. If you've been told to frequently check your blood pressure, but haven't committed yet to purchasing your own monitor, this resource is for you.

Lion's Club Gardens: LaGrange Lion's Club is caring for raised bed gardens on their property. Prodcue grown here helps supply their pantry, and supplement church meals and other area pantries.

Keystone High School Fitness Center: During the school year, the fitness center is open a few nights a week for community members. The fitness center includes cardio equipment like treadmills, free weights, and weight machines. Contact the schools for hours of availability.
