Spicy Oven Fries

These spicy oven fries will definitely kick up tonight's meal without adding extra fat to your diet.

Ingredients
2 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into long ¼ inch strips
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon roasted garlic and red pepper spice blend
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Coat a 13x14 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Place the potatoes in a mound in the prepared baking pan and sprinkle with the oil, spice blend, salt and, pepper. Toss to coat well. Spread the potatoes in a single layer.
Bake, turning the potatoes several times, for 40 minutes, or until crisp and lightly browned.
