Walk With Us - Celebrating 1 Year Anniversary of the Lorain County Fitness Walks!
5/1/13 -- Bring friends, family and loved ones to the Lorain County Fitness Walks, a weekly Lorain County walking group that offers an opportunity to meet new people, get moving, improve heart health, maintain a healthy weight and increase strength.
In May, the fitness walks will be taken outdoors, weather permitting.

5/6/13 -- The Lorain County General Health District Health Commissioner, David Covell, encourages residents to include walking during their day as much as possible. “
Local Walking Maps are a great tool to help you get started,” continues Covell. Check out the walking maps throughout Lorain County that are 1.5 miles and under and can be walked by most people in 30 minutes or less.
