Join us at the Lorain County Fitness Walks on Mondays at 5:30 p.m: April 6, 13, 20, or 27 at the Lorain County Metro Parks, Splash Zone (95 West Hamilton Rd., Oberlin, OH 44074), and on Thursdays at 5:30 p.m:.April 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30 at the Mercy Health and Recreation Center (47160 Hollstein Dr., Amherst, OH 44001). There is no cost to attend Lorain County Fitness Walks and all fitness levels are welcome. Exercise has been proven to improve mood, decrease the risk for disease, and manage weight.
